The Jordan 2 Retro Low Christmas brings back an iconic silhouette and spruces it up with a colorway reminiscent of Christmas.
The Christmas iteration of the Air Jordan 2 Retro Low-Top features an upper with a base of black leather that sports perforations that stretch from the lateral quarter panel to the toe box to the medial quarter panel. Black leather with a lizard print texture forms an overlay at the collar that is outlined in red synthetic piping. We see this red echoed in the Wings logo on the tongue, the tongue lining, the insole, and the molded heel tab. A hit of fir green appears on the extended heel counter that lends both support and style to the upper.
What our shoe experts enjoy most about this sneaker is the sole unit. A black polyurethane midsole houses encapsulated Air in the heel for ultimate cushioning. A gray, fir, red, and black outsole that is thicker in the forefoot is patterned for multi-directional grip. The Jordan 2 Retro Low Christmas was released on December 16, 2023, for $150 retail.
